Two Groups Offered in Los Angeles/West Hollywood
Thursdays 7:00 – 8:30 pm, June 2 to August 11 (No Class June 23)
Fridays 9:30 – 11:00 AM, June 3 to August 12 (No Class June 24)
Fee: $325.00 (10 Sessions)

During The Ten Week Program You Will:
– Learn Valuable skills and tools for understanding, managing, and releasing your grief
– Understand what your grief represents and how to work with it
– Release hurt, confusion, sadness, and feeling overwhelmed – make room for peacefulness and joy.
